It's ok to take time for self-care.

I often have to remind myself that it's ok to take the time for self-care. In fact, I find it really, really hard. I am still working on mastering this practice and I am able to get great tips from @taynegriffin who has self-care down to a T. She has worked hard at making self-care a priority in her life and it has paid off for her.

Here are some examples of great ways to practice self-care, as it can come in many different forms.

  • Reading
  • Sleep
  • Exercise
  • Taking a bath
  • Hiring Help
  • Massage
  • Seeing a therapist
  • Hiring a Coach
  • Acupuncture
  • Mani/Pedi
  • Hiring a babysitter
  • Taking a walk
  • Asking for Help
  • Listening to a book or podcast
  • Meditating
  • Drinking enough water
  • Buying yourself a new outfit
  • Journaling
  • Listening to music you love
